Grain Mixology...
How to Use Honeyville's Grain Blends

Saturday, April 28th  at 10 AM
Using a variety of grains can add depth, flavor and nutrition to your baking and cooking. In this fun one hour workshop we'll be using some of the outstanding grain blends that Honeyville makes including:
  •  9 grain cracked cereal
  • New 9 grain flour,
  • 6 grain rolled cereal,
  • NEW 6 grain flour and 6 whole grain blend,
  • 4 grain rolled cereal mix
Come see some outstanding  grain applications. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert take on a whole new world when you become a grain-mixologist! Come share the fun and enjoy some outstanding ways to use these grain blends every single day!

At the end of class we'll be doing a good sized giveaway!

  • One 25 lb bag of the NEW 6 grain flour
  • One 50 lb bag of the NEW 9 grain flour
  • several smaller (2.5lb bags) of the 9 grain cracked cereal
  •  One of my snazzy Chef Tess Grain Surgery Aprons!

To join the fun, you must be present to win.

Giveaway here on the blog? Yes Please!
However...if you live far away, I haven't forgotten you. I have 2 more Chef Tess aprons to give away here on the blog for Mother's day. I'll be packaging those up with  a four pack (one of each of my spice blends).

So, if you are a mother...or have a mother...this is for you! Yes...that means you don't actually have to have children to enter. You just have to be a human (18 or older). How's that?  Full size apron with a clip on giant flower. So if a man wins it he can keep the apron and give the flower to his girl...or whatever.
So here are the blah-blah-blah rules:

You must be 18 or older to enter. Continental USA and Hawaii only.  To enter, leave a comment at the end of this post. I will not be moderating comments so please only one comment per family and do NOT leave your email address. Share this with friends and social media (not required to enter and it won't effect you chances of winning if you do share. It's just nice to share.).  Giveaway closes at 12 PM Arizona time on Friday May 4th. That gives you just over a week. I'll be announcing winners May 5th 2012 so come back an check and see if you won. Winner will be picked at random.

There you go. Come to the grain class tomorrow and enter the giveaway there! Come here and enter the giveaway here!

I'm excited! Can you tell?!

Always My Very Best,
Your Friend Chef Tess

Brand new to your site and have spent all afternoon buzzing from one thing to another! LOVE IT! I will be back often to watch video, look for new things, and try out the 52-jar method! I'm also sharing this with my daughter! So wish I was in Arizona, but the drive from Oregon is too far to make it to the class!

I am brand new to your wonderful website and LOVE IT! I have spent all afternoon browsing here and there and everywhere! I will be back to spend time browsing, trying out 52-jar method, and watching videos. I'm also sharing with my daughter who will love it as much as I do! So sad that I don't live near Chandler... being in Oregon makes it a bit too far to drive! Thank you for this site!

I am in love with your spices! Italian seasoning and Wise Woman of the East are my most favorite - but running exceedingly low (k, I'm OUT of most of them!) and would love to win some more!

I have to say I've become a Tess-aholic! I recently found your 52 jar method, which was just what I was looking for. I've spent way too many late nights catching up on your blog. Love it, love it, love it! Too bad we visited Honeyville for the first time on Friday instead of Saturday. I'll definitely try to make the hour drive to take one of your classes soon.
