June Classes!

I have two different store locations that I'll be teaching from in June. Take your pick! I'd love to see you.

Pastry Boot camps by two classes get the third for free.

Pastry Boot Camp: Eclairs and Cream Puffs
Friday June 13th 7 pm $15
Chef Tess is here with her no-fail methods for perfect puff dough! No more half-baked floppy eclairs and puff for you! You'll also learn some fun ways to turn the puffs into swans, towers, mini sized and large for all your summer entertaining events.

Pastry Boot Camp: French Macarons
Friday June 20th 7 pm $15
Chef Tess will walk you through the classic technique for making these delicate and remarkable French cookies that are based on meringue and egg white.

Pastry Boot Camp: Danish pastries
Friday June 27th 7 pm, $15
Chef Tess will walk you through the classic technique of rolling and shaping some beautiful breakfast pastries. You'll learn how to form bear claws, twists and some remarkable cheese danish.

Meals in a Jar

The chef and author of our Honeyville Meals in a Jar cookbook will be here with all the information you've ever wanted to know about shelf-stable meal making for jars or mylar bags! Summer is here and if you're camping or just looking for a convenient way to feed the family, this one is for you!

Baking with Almond Flour
Thurs.  June 12th 11 AM $5 each
Almond flour is high in protein, fiber, and an excellent way to bake gluten-free. Come learn all the basics you need for remarkable breads, cookies and crackers with an expert on almond flour baking!

Healthy Summer Salads
Thurs.  June 19th 11 AM $5 each
Homemade salad dressings, amazing flavor ideas, and light cool options for this crazy summer heat! We'll be eating Cheeseburger Salad and an amazing Thai Peanut Chicken salad (also shelf stable meal in a jar options for these!). You won't want to miss it!

Brownie Pudding
Thurs. June 26th $5 each
It is national chocolate pudding day and Chef Tess will be here with the ultimate chocolate pudding experience baked in the Sun Oven! She's serving it along with some homemade blender ice cream on top! Get ready for summer dessert!
