I just discovered your blog yesterday, so I haven't gone through everything yet, but so far my favorite part of the site is the 52 Method Meals section. This is such an amazing site and I love your sweet and humorous postings. I look forward to going through everything and learning a tremendous amount about food storage using your methods. Thank You!

I love your meals in a jar and recipes using freeze dried foods.
Thanks for your hard work.
I can only choose ONE favorite thing about the blog? That is hard. However, I think my favorite thing about your blog is simply how happy it makes me. Your wit and humor and just as much happiness to my day as the good food you help me make does.

My favorite posts are about cooking in a sun oven--funny because I live in rainy city Seattle :)
Thanks for the wonderful giveaway chance!
Great contest! Whether I win or not doesn't really matter because I win every time you post a recipe. The Grand Prize for me was developing an interest in preparing meals and passing on great 'meal-in-a-jar' meals to our friends.
I have recently gone through a number of personal tragedies, (haven't we all at one time or another?) most significantly, my little sister's death after her lifetime of drug addiction. My therapy has been to learn to bake bread. To me there is little else as comforting as the smell of freshly baked bread, unless it be the satisfaction of watching my family happily devour the freshly baked bread.
I happened upon your blog a few days ago when I was searching the Internet for ways to make my bread even more beautiful, such as the loaves that might come out of a boulangerie in France, and I found some of the most beautiful ideas on your web site. I am thrilled to have found your blog and have so enjoyed reading through so many of the interesting stories, ideas, and recipes, not to mention your sense of humor. You have brightened my day on more than one occasion already and I can't wait to attempt some of your incredibly beautiful methods of decorating bread.
It never ceases to amaze me how God directs us to exactly what we need in His time. Blessings to you and to yours as well as to your many fans.
Sincerely,
Mal
I love your blog! My favorite parts are the articles and posts where you talk about saving money. Those tips and recipes are so valuable to me. I especially love the homemade baking mixes and cream of whatever!
