Next time I will definitely add more chocolate chips. I used Ghriadelli's 60% bittersweet chips & chopped that up. When I make it again I will add an additional 1/4 cup & use semi-sweet ghiradelli & the 60%.Thoughtful Motheringhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05207768874427984378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2150369530381343686.post-73827993832211828432009-09-29T21:39:37.885-07:002009-09-29T21:39:37.885-07:00Behind me right onto my BUTT! Mix it up and let it sit at room temperature for a couple days in a non-metal container. When it's good and sour smelling, you have a starter. You can do it. Don't let the fact that mine is really old keep you from making one. Good luck and let me know if you need any more pointers.Chef Tesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14056350814296556107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2150369530381343686.post-37919757433380863272009-08-10T20:37:17.785-07:002009-08-10T20:37:17.785-07:00HOLY STINKING COW!!
