Today On Valley Dish

Today at 3:30 on NBC 12 in Phoenix, I'll be the guest chef on Valley Dish ! I'm soooo excited!

It's Ash Wednesday, a special day to a lot of my dear friends who are of the Catholic faith. It will be a meatless meal to commemorate that day.  I'll be using my recipe for "London Broiled" Portabella Mushrooms with a grilled pineapple avocado salad . As soon as video is available, I'll be sure to post it here.
