Loved the TV segment! My husband and I are older but I can see us doing "home camping" just for fun! I love your website and I'm currently preparing "make ahead" meals! So great!

Love the pizza idea especially to get kids involved and own it - have 4 that I'm planning to try it out on. (We have pizza and movie family night every Friday.) I found your blog through Honeyville and love your 52 method jar ideas - can't wait for the cookbook! I became a vegetarian in March after being diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I read about links of animal protein to cancer and had thyroid cancer 3 years ago so I'm trying to control what I can. Your 52 jar method is perfect for someone like me who loves to cook for her family but may at some point be too tired or sick for a while. Having the jars on hand to open and add water to will be wonderful. Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and creativity - the joy that touches all aspects of your blog!

I really like the idea of Meals in a jar. We are going camping Thursday so I am going to make a run to the store and try and make some meals for the trip. I need to find some recipes. Thanks for the effort you put into all of this.

This was a great segment. I have a sun oven. How do you heat the packets of food up in the sun oven? I thought you could not use aluminum foil in the sun oven. Thank you

You can use the foil if you cover it with a dark cotton dish cloth or put it in a dark pot with a lid. Great question! I didn't cover that on the segment.
