Homemade Club crackers,Wheat Thins, Graham Crackers

Homemade whole grain sesame club crackers...
Whole grain mixed chile and cumin Southwestern wheat thins

Homemade Chocolate Graham Crackers...

I hate to do this...but this has been a test. Just wanting to see if there is an interest in getting the tutorial on homemade crackers like this. Leave a comment and let me know. I have an upcoming cooking class I'm teaching on the subject and would be happy to share with all. I promised the gal having the class that her students would be my first audience specifically on crackers. I'll post the whole thing a week from today. So Friday the 10th...if there is enough interest...

Heck yeah! This is one of those things I've always wanted to try, but just haven't done it. Would be great to have some instruction before I mess it up!

Haven't given up on the sprouted wheat bread by the way--just crazy around here right now, so every time I have a day I might be able to do it I didn't have the wheat sprouted for it . . . still dreaming about it though. ;)

Yes! Totally! I remember when I was about 8 or 10 yrs old my mom tried to make homemade crackers. I have been thinking about it and thought I would have a try at making some. Your crackers look awesome. I would live to try!

I've wondered about graham crackers. Do you do the regular non-chocolate kind? Uh, oh, was that a sin to ask you to leave out the chocolate? ;-) Those all looked great. :-)

Thanks again, Steph. You are awesome as always! :-)

Sounds like there is definitely enough interest to merit a tutorial. Thanks everyone for your input! It's so nice to get comments.

Please do! I have always wanted to make my own crackers, instead of buying them at the store. Thank you!

YES!!!! My daughter was recently diagnosed with allergies to wheat/corn/soy/sesame so I am looking to make homemade crackers for her to snack on and make lunchables with!!
(And admittedly I'm "frugal" and want to make them myself with less preservatives!!

I too would like more information on making crackers. At this point I should have purchased stock in Nabisco!!

PLEASE post those recipes. I have two children who eat dairy-free, soy-free and there are NO premade crackers that exist without them. It will be easy for me to modify the recipes to be dairy-free/soy-fre..

I'd love to be able to make any and all types of crackers. I hate that store-bought crackers all seem to have "high fructose corn syrup" in them.

I especially want to learn how to make Waverly crackers.

Iwould love to learn how to make Club Crackers like Keebler does.

I would love to be able to make a cracker just like Keebler's Club Crackers (only with less salt).
