Ornate Crown Loaf

Thought I would tease everyone a little with some of the decorative bread for the upcoming seminar at Orson H. Gygi's Culinary Institute June 26th. The cost is 49$

Ooh. I want to play! Are you doing one of these in Mesa? Or can you give us a hint as to what kind of bread you're using that will hold its shape like that? Love it!

You know it's just my regular bread dough for the base and a special modeling dough for the flowers. More on this will be in the cooking class and I can do one in Mesa when I get back.
