Chef Tess i just got both of your books and have one word, Brilliant!!! Loved the recipes and all your comments. My youngest son Jake would only stop fussing and go to sleep when I sang Elvis' song I cant help falling in love with you! Anyway back your books. In your Tutorial book the page that has the recipe for old fashioned peasant rye bread on it is unusable. Part of the recipe has been cut off by the spiral binding.
