Alert...Alert...cupcakes have been coming out of my oven like crazy today! Cupcakes made using the Sourdough Carrot Cake with Warm Cream Cheese Lemon... except for the frosting we used a really evil combination of the cream cheese frosting with 1/2 tsp rum and 2 tsp orange zest...topped with toasted coconut...and a cherry. Classic look. Even more evil than the first sourdough carrot cake was...if that's possible. These are going with me to a church women's' conference...along with the cupcakes from about 10 other ladies. Should be fun to have our own little cupcake crusade instead of a "Cupcake War"...and have some good uplifting spiritual stuff too. I'm looking forward to it very much. I promise I'll take a lot of pictures.

Cupcake Crusades
