Home Canning Safety PDF and Beginning Bread Seminar ( free downloadable)

Many of you know I'm very much into emergency preparedness and self reliance skills. Monday is usually the day I try to focus on those things on my blog. To my joy, I have been asked to participate in teaching community awareness classes at a local preparedness and food storage store here in Arizona called Preparing Wisely.

If there were just two skills I would wish on anyone for this week, it would be a better understanding of home canning and homemade bread making. So...today I'm offering up some free down loadable pdf's from my bread seminars and my home canning safety seminars. I'm also including the sprouted wheat bread tutorial and the Artisan Bread Seminar. Why?
Well, because I love you. I want to see you succeed. I also want the word to get out about my little ol' blog. So if you get a free download, will you please return the favor and tell your friends? I love knowing that my blog will help people I have never met.

Case in point, today at the grocery store, I turned the corner and there getting home canning supplies was a gal named Laura C. I'd never met her in my life, yet she knew me and called me by name. She reads my blog. She introduced me to her husband and grandson. I instantly felt a great love for her, just based on the fact that we shared a common love for home canning, and belong to the same Faith. I hope, if she reads this, that she'll contact me with her amazing chicken brine for home canning. It sounded divine! I forgot to ask for her phone number. That's what this blog is all about my friends, helping one another toward a greater ability to provide for our families...and in the meantime making lasting connections. I also am posting these in hopes that those who are trying home canning or bread for the first time will get a little more confidence along the way. PLEASE make sure that if you copy these for personal and church use, that all my contact information is included. I hope they reach thousands of wonderful folks. If you share...and I hope you do, would you please leave me a note. I'd love to hear how these have helped anyone personally. God bless and happy Monday! The links below will lead you to an emergency preparedness site that has been kind enough to allow me to be part of their forum. You must register on the website to "unlock" the pdf's. It's free to register and the site is full of amazing preparedness information.

Okay...I'll check out the technical stuff. It isn't locked for me, but I'll contact the website tech guy. I've never had a problem with that before.

what a cool story! Thank you for sharing the home canning safety sheets, in all my kitchen confidence, this is one area I am seriously lacking any confidence in, so THANK YOU!
