It is a month away, but I can't stop myself from telling you what I've been baking today! Mother's Day braids and Forget-Me-Knots (glorious dinner rolls)! What do you think? Aren't they just fantastic?!!The pearls and lace one turned out really pretty!

When making the starter can you use store bought applesauce? Sweet or no sugar added? This is all new to me. Never heard of a starter without flour. Sounds good.
Yes. You certainly can. Just be sure it is the no sugar added.
